Good morning, Tuesday blog readers. Today I’m using the Seaside Wishes Bundle again to make an pretty and easy birthday card.
Last time we were together I used the Seaside Wishes Stamp and Dies to cut the sand dollars from the card stock after stamping. Today, I colored the sand dollars on the embossing folder using a blending brush and three ink colors – Flirty Flamingo, Pecan Pie and Coastal Cabana. I then used the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine to emboss a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock.
For the sentiment, I selected Happy Birthday from Unbounded Love Stamp Set and used the coordinating Unbounded Love die after stamping the sentiment in Coastal Cabana. The Unbounded Love die cuts the sentiment and a frame for the sentiment. I added the sentiment to the front of the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals and used small dots of liquid glue on the frame, applying it to the front card panel. Reverse tweezers are very helpful with this task.
I used a Flirty Flamingo card base and adhered a Coastal Cabana strip embossed with the retiring Timeworn Type 3D Embossing folder, to the card base with liquid glue. Next I added the Very Vanilla embossed panel to the card front with liquid glue. To complete the front panel, I added five Pool Party embellishments from the Glossy Dots Assortment.
The inside panel is another piece of Very Vanilla cardstock with a Coastal Cabana mat. I stamped the large starfish in Flirty Flamingo and then used the Seaside Wishes texture stamp along the bottom of the panel with Pecan Pie ink.
On the Very Vanilla medium envelope, I stamped the flap with a large Flirty Flamingo starfish and then stamped the small starfish on either side in Azure Afternoon and Coastal Cabana. I stamped the Seaside Wishes small sand dollar on the front of the envelope in Flirty Flamingo ink and the texture stamp in Azure Afternoon. Short and sweet, wasn’t it?

Retired Stampin’ Up! Products
My online Stampin’ Up! retired product store has been refreshed with additional products. I will be adding more retired products as I come across them. I have a variety of stamps, dies and embellishments. My stamps and dies are all gently used and most were purchased within the last two years (although some may be “vintage”). Dies might be on magnet cards as I did not start saving the original packaging until just recently. Designer Series Paper and embellishments are new in unopened packages unless otherwise stated.
Due to Stampin’ Up! policies, I can only ship to U. S. addresses.

2024 – 2026 New In Colors
The 2024 – 2026 In Colors have been revealed. They remind me of sherbert – how about you? I haven’t been around Stampin’ Up! long enough to know of their release cycle for in colors, but these sure look like subtles to me. I love the 2023-2025 neutrals, but these are really growing on me the more I create with them. What are you most looking forward to doing with the 2024 -2026 in colors?
Two new kits released today
There are a few Stampin’ Up! themes I will buy almost automatically – beach and pets. I’m in luck this month as there is a new pet themed kit.
Should I tell you that I squealed when I saw this kit? No, my dignity tells me I shouldn’t. BUT – I had seen this in the upcoming 2024 – 2025 catalog and was excited it was released so soon. It’s already ordered and shortly be on the way to me.
The second kit released today is the Hooray for Honeycomb Kit. I showed you a snippet of this kit when I returned from OnStage last month as it was an all attendee prize patrol item.
Both kits, and more, are currently available for purchase in my online store. Click on either photo for more information and to purchase your kits. Remember to use my current host code 2J2YX3AN to receive my ordering bonuses for orders over $50. If your order is $150 or over, you do not need to use the code since you’ll get your own Stampin’ Rewards AND my ordering bonuses. PLUS orders over $50 guarantee you’ll receive a 2024-2025 Annual Catalog from me as soon as I receive them.
